Meevo clients are invited to submit a heartfelt, phone-recorded video telling the story of their business and the people, choices and moments that helped shape its growth as well as how Meevo and the Meevo community supported your journey along the way.

Winners announced live at Meevo Live! 2026 in Tampa this September!
Purpose: To celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of Meevo clients and spotlight authentic stories of business growth, resilience and community impact - including the role Meevo and the Meevo community played along the way.
Who can participate: Any Meevo client!
Submission format: A simple, authentic video recorded on a phone is encouraged. Professional production is not expected and will not be a judging advantage.
What to include: Your name (First name or nickname if you are more comfortable), business name, and where you are located.
Where to submit: Post the video in the Meevo User Community Facebook Group by Friday, August 28th using the hashtag #MeevoGrowth.
Submissions should tell the story of their business. Suggested prompts include:
Recommended video length: Up to 5 minutes. The emphasis should be on authenticity, clarity and heart - not video quality, editing or production value.
The submitting business must be an active Meevo client at the time of submission and at the time the winner is announced at Meevo Live! 2026.
One official entry per client business – meaning if you are a multi-location business, your entry should either represent the enterprise (all locations) or one specific location.
The entry may be submitted by an owner or employee who is authorized to represent the business.
The video must be original, truthful, and appropriate for a professional client community.
The entrant must have permission from anyone visibly featured or named in the video.
You must be present to win. The winning business must have an authorized representative present at Meevo Live! 2026 in Tampa when the award is announced.
Every business that submits an eligible video, will receive extended early bird pricing for Meevo Live! 2026 in Tampa.
Five judges will independently review all eligible submissions. They consist of three MSI representatives, including MSI founder, John Harms – and two respected external leaders from the professional beauty and wellness industry.
Each submission should be scored on a 100-point scale. Production quality will not be scored.

Each judge scores every eligible entry independently using the approved rubric. Scores from all five judges are totaled or averaged to determine the leading submissions. In the event of a tie, the higher combined score for Authenticity and Heart, followed by Business Story and Progress, serves as the first tiebreaker.

The winners will be announced on stage at Meevo Live! 2026 in Tampa on September 20th-22nd. The winning businesses must have an authorized representative present at the announcement to receive the award. With permission, MSI may show a short excerpt from the winning video before the announcement.
