• Duplicate entire forms or just specific fields to save setup time. 

• Use the new “Today’s Date” tag to lock in signature dates—ideal for client consent and compliance forms. 

MeevoPay & Transaction Enhancements 

• Prepaid card support has been improved, reducing checkout issues with SpaFinder and similar cards. 

• You can now search refunds and voids by original authorization number, helping resolve payment questions faster.

Deeper Insights: Know What’s Working & Why 

Track ROI from Google “Book Online” 

You can now track exactly how many appointments come through the “Book Online” button on your Google Business Profile. With new tracking parameters in Google Analytics, it’s easier than ever to connect online engagement with actual bookings. 

eGift Enhancements

• Share direct package links for social, email, or in-store QR campaigns. 

• Tipping logic and service charges are clearer for both staff and clients. 

• Clients can now see the service or package name printed on the card, making each eGift more personal. 

Reporting & API Power-Ups

• Formatted Visit Notes now show cleanly in reports, which is essential for consistency in med spas & salons. 

• Package redemptions are categorized correctly in the MR145 report, improving accuracy. 

• You can now pull UDFs for as many as 200 clients at a time and view appointment source channels through API or DDS, giving you the data you need for accurate third-party reporting and marketing attribution.
