Q: What’s your favorite enhancement in this release?
Hands down, it’s the customizable membership forms. This is something I’ve wanted in Meevo for quite some time, and I’m thrilled to see it finally come to life.
These fully customizable forms can be sent to clients whenever a membership is purchased and are created using our Docs and Forms tool. We’ve added specific fields to auto-populate key membership details like the name, fees, and first payment date.
What’s great is the flexibility—forms can be sent via email or text, or launched directly on a tablet for in-person completion. They’re automatically stored under the Docs and Forms tab in each client profile, making them easy to access anytime.
Q: How will businesses benefit from this feature?
This update gives businesses a more professional, efficient way to manage membership agreements. You can now create a range of membership-related forms, like Membership Agreements, Freeze Requests, or Cancellation Forms, all tailored to your unique needs.
By going digital, you reduce the need for physical paperwork while offering your clients a seamless, transparent experience. Plus, these forms support digital signatures, so all agreements are properly documented and authorized.

Q: Are there any other exciting membership tools updates?
Absolutely. We’ve introduced two powerful new membership conversion reports—one by membership type and one by employee.
These reports give businesses visibility into how well they’re converting leads into active members. You’ll be able to pinpoint which membership packages are gaining the most traction, identify top-performing team members, and uncover opportunities for sales coaching or process improvements. It’s a strategic advantage for any membership-driven business.
Q: Is there a hidden gem in this release that you think all Meevo users should know about?
Yes, and it’s a big quality-of-life improvement for service providers. It’s the addition of AI-generated content tools in Meevo. This enhancement allows users to auto-generate descriptions for services, retail products, and employee bios directly within the platform so they don’t have to waste time trying to craft something on their own. The goal is to help businesses quickly create consistent, professional copy without needing to write everything from scratch. It’s especially useful when launching new offerings or updating staff profiles—and it’s built right into the existing workflows!
