It’s more than a visual refresh. It’s a strategic reinvention of Meevo’s digital front door designed to meet the expectations of today’s clients.
2-Way SMS Business Messaging
We also introduced 2-Way SMS, bringing real-time, two-way text communication directly into Meevo. Clients can confirm appointments, ask questions, reschedule, and engage instantly, eliminating phone tag and creating a more responsive, connected relationship. For businesses, this means fewer missed opportunities and a smoother front desk workflow.

Payment Plan Forms with Digital Signatures
We introduced structured Payment Plan Forms with digital signature capture and automatic storage in the client profile. This empowers businesses to confidently offer high-ticket services and flexible payment options while maintaining proper documentation and clarity with clients.

Structured Charts Built for Medical Aesthetics
Q1 marked a major milestone for med spas with the introduction of structured, HIPAA-compliant charting built specifically for medical aesthetic workflows. With reusable templates and clearly defined statuses, providers can document care efficiently while maintaining consistency and compliance.
Client Record Management & Bulk Approvals
Medical directors now have centralized visibility into chart activity, with the ability to filter and review documentation by provider, service, status, and date range. Bulk approval and return-for-edit functionality streamlines oversight without creating bottlenecks, while providers gain clear visibility into their chart status throughout the day.
