If you’ve been waiting for a better way to document and reference services at your med spa—especially for injectable and visual treatments—this product update is for you. 

What’s new: 

  • Upload multiple images within a single Visit Note 
  • Annotate each image individually with enhanced pin marks and the ability to undo/redo 
  • Pin marks now display the quantity entered, giving greater clarity and precision 
  • Duplicate Visit Notes easily when follow-up visits mirror previous treatments 

This update is a huge step forward in visual documentation. Med spas, in particular, benefit from faster, more accurate recordkeeping with clear visuals that tell the story of each visit. New MeGo capabilities: 

  • View purchase history for packages and retail items 
  • Update email addresses directly through the app 
  • Smarter appointment check-in and cancellation logic that respects your business’s timing rules 

These updates reduce front-desk call volume and give clients the control they expect. Plus, your business gains even more ways to drive revenue and engagement through MeGo’s branded promotional banners, which can now be scheduled or sent on demand! Perfect for showcasing seasonal specials, last-minute openings, or policy updates. 

 

A Hidden Gem: Smoother Syncing for Emma Text Marketing 

 

We heard you. During the initial rollout of Emma Text Marketing, many of you shared valuable feedback—and we listened. 

Text marketing for your salon, spa or med spa is one of the fastest ways to connect with your clients, and we’ve made it even better. To make things easier and more reliable, we’ve improved how a client’s text marketing opt-in status syncs with Emma. This means cleaner data and less back-and-forth when it comes to reaching your clients through SMS. 

We’ve also updated the messaging clients see when they create an account to book online, buy a membership, or purchase an eGift. The new messaging provides better clarity about what they’re opting into—helping you build trust while staying compliant. 

These updates are already in place, so when the full rollout of Emma SMS resumes, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
