Q: What’s your favorite enhancement in this release?
Without a doubt, that would have to be our new Advanced Online Presence Management solution. It takes Meevo’s social tools to an entirely new level, giving businesses more control, more insight, and more ways to connect with clients online.
Now, you can schedule custom posts for each platform, use AI to generate captions, preview posts before they go live, and even include videos. There’s also a new visual content calendar that makes it easy to map out your social strategy at a glance.
Beyond posting, you can monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram comments directly from Meevo, track performance with more than 70 social metrics, and see the big picture in a brand-new Social Summary Dashboard.
And for businesses competing locally, we’ve added powerful competitive intelligence tools. You can identify who’s showing up in local search, compare ratings and rankings by keyword or geography, and even see where competitors are buying ads against your top keywords. For visibility and reputation, it’s a total game-changer.

We’ve updated both the Appointment Listing with Visit Notes and the Client Visit Note Report to support rich formatting. That means your notes can now display with color, bulleted or numbered lists, bold or italicized text, and other formatting from your original templates.
It might sound small, but it makes a big difference. Notes are easier to read and more useful in the moment, whether you’re double-checking a color formula at the chair or referencing treatment steps during a client follow-up. For businesses that rely on clear, detailed documentation, this adds a new level of consistency and client care.
